A few days before the wedding, Ji Hyun was looking forward to his future with fiance seems perfect, Min Ho. Instead, Yi Kyung unhappy with his life and decided to end it by walking into a crowded street. Their two worlds collide as Ji Hyun went into an accident and fell into a coma as a result of Yi Kyung's actions. However, Ji Hyun given a second chance in life by an angel.
